- This program was developed for Caregivers that are running into barriers and need assistance navigating the roads of caregiving and taking care of themselves. We will offer inspiration, resources and encouragement through a variety of speakers that specailize in caregiving needs.

- The need for caregiving education has doubled in the last decade and the community needs to know how to better do their role of caregiver, resources to navigate the role. Many caregivers in our community are raising kids and taking care of their parents which causes stress, managing that stress is important for health of caregiver and will assist in better quality of care.
